Product Overview

Our Raw Neem Kernels are the whole, unadulterated seeds of the Neem tree (Azadirachta indica), carefully harvested and dried. This is the primary source material containing the highest natural concentration of the beneficial compound Azadirachtin and essential oils before any mechanical processing occurs. Ideal for cold-pressing operations, high-grade organic formulations, or deep, long-term soil conditioning experiments.

💎 Raw Neem Kernels: The Pure Source of Organic Power

  1. 🧪 Highest Unprocessed Azadirachtin: As the raw kernel, this product retains the maximum possible, natural concentration of Azadirachtin and other limonoids, making it the most potent starting point for any Neem-based product.

  2. 🏭 Ideal for Extraction: Perfect for cold-pressing operations, the kernels yield a pure, high-grade Neem Oil and a superior quality seed cake (fertilizer) as a byproduct.

  3. ⏳ Ultra Slow-Release Soil Power: When incorporated directly into the soil (e.g., in crushed form), the hard kernel shell ensures the slowest possible release of nutrients and protective compounds, acting as a highly durable, multi-season soil builder.

  4. 🌱 Long-Term Soil Biocontrol: The intact nature of the kernel means its protective compounds are locked in, offering a sustained, years-long deterrent against nematodes, white grubs, and other subterranean pests.

They are the whole, unprocessed seeds of the Neem tree (Azadirachta indica), dried after the fruit pulp has been removed. They are the raw source material for all other Neem products (oil, cake, powder).

Yes. Since the kernels are unprocessed, they retain the maximum natural concentration of Azadirachtin and other beneficial limonoids before any extraction occurs.

They are not a quick fertilizer. They can be used directly for a multi-season, ultra slow-release amendment, or they can be crushed or milled to create a fresh cake/powder for faster nutrient availability.

Their primary use is as the starting material for cold-pressing to extract high-grade Neem Oil. For gardeners, their crushed form is used for deep, long-term soil protection and building.

The whole kernel has the slowest release time of all Neem formats, often lasting multiple seasons. It requires the longest time to decompose, providing a highly durable protective and nutritional benefit.

You can, but it is more effective to lightly crush them before incorporating them deep into the soil. This breaks the hard outer shell, allowing water and microbial action to begin the slow release process.

Yes. As the kernels contain the highest concentration of active compounds, including traces of the naturally occurring toxin (Ricin), they must be labeled as NON-EDIBLE and kept away from food, children, and pets. They are strictly for agricultural and industrial processing use.

Yes. These kernels are the ideal raw material for small-scale or industrial cold-pressing to produce high-purity Neem Oil.

Store them in a sealed, dry container in a cool, dark place. Their low moisture content and hard shell give them a long shelf life, but they must be protected from moisture and humidity.

The kernel's hard shell and inner material provide a complex matrix of organic matter. As they slowly break down over time, they drastically improve soil texture, aeration, and act as a decades-long source of soil-based pest deterrence.
