1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been dispatched.
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

2. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery with proof (such as photographs) of the issue.
  • Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

3 . Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened, partially used, or damaged due to mishandling are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Perishable or customized items cannot be returned.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment only.

5. Replacement Option

  • Instead of a refund, customers may opt for a replacement product (subject to availability).

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), Sunfood Product will bear the return shipping charges.
  • For other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
